As a Diplomate of the American Board of Clinical Lipidology, Dr. Bridges specializes in the diagnosis and management of difficult to treat cholesterol disorders. In most cases lifestyle changes and medications can get patients to goal. For those that can't get to goal using these methods, Dr. Bridges also offers selective LDL apheresis. Hypertension is another one of the "silent killers." Uncontrolled high blood pressure can lead to significant health problems such as heart attack, stroke, kidney disease, and many more.
