WHAT IS YOUR NEW PATIENT PROCEDURE?

Simply call our office at 769-200-1600 to ask to be scheduled for a new patient appointment. Currently, we are accepting new patients.


ARE YOUR SERVICES COVERED BY MY INSURANCE?

We only provide medically necessary services. As a result, we don't usually hear that any of our services are not covered. Sometimes, an insurance plan may not cover services that a different insurance plan may cover. We usually have no way of knowing this up front. It is always best to read through your plan documents carefully to see if there are any exclusions in your policy.


DO YOU SEE PEDIATRIC PATIENTS?


Not usually. We mainly see adults 18 years of age and older. There are some special cases where we will see patients younger than 18 years of age who have genetic cholesterol disorders.


WHAT IF I DON'T HAVE INSURANCE? CAN I STILL MAKE AN APPOINTMENT?


The short answer is yes. We believe that health insurance does not = healthcare. It is just a method of payment. We do work with patients without health insurance and unlike some health facilities, we offer an automatic discount to patients that have to pay their own bill. You don't even have to ask for it.  In addition, we offer affordable, monthly membership plans that include unlimited visits with us, as well as a yearly physical and specified wellness lab work.
